Users are solely responsible for their listings. Bizlook does not guarantee accuracy, results, or outcomes of business interactions.
Commission percentages and structures may change. Fraud or misuse will result in termination.
Franchisees must comply with agreements, operational manuals, brand standards, and performance guidelines.
All payments, including franchise fees and subscriptions, are non-refundable unless legally required.
All branding, software, content, and materials belong to JigBiz Digital Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Bizlook is not responsible for business decisions, disputes, third-party actions, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 90 days.
Bizlook may terminate or suspend accounts or franchises for violations or fraudulent activities.
Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use implies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Courts of Kochi, Kerala.
